Helping Our Healthcare Heroes
PrimeMyBody is honored to give back to frontline healthcare workers who are risking their health and lives for the well-being and safety of those directly affected by COVID-19. In partnership with Donate Beauty, we’ve donated $275,000 worth of our hemp-based skincare products to thousands of frontline healthcare workers who are experiencing skin trauma from extended use of PPE gear and equipment. Donations have been made to 12 hospitals including:

On giving back to the frontline workers and working with Donate Beauty our CEO, Paul Rogers, says, “When we heard from Donate Beauty that there was a need for skincare products for workers at hospitals during this terrible pandemic my first thought was that I didn’t think people would care about skincare during this time—especially those working on the frontline. As essential as they are, the masks and protective facial gear safeguarding frontline workers and their patients are causing a number of skin issues when worn for extended periods of time. Trapped heat, humidity, bacteria, and the constant contact with abrasive material are causing rashes, pimples, skin irritations and trauma. Long-term glove use and repeated hand washing is leaving most healthcare workers with severe cases of dry, cracked skin, and in many cases has caused bleeding.
