Vote for Cannabis Reform this November
Does a plant like hemp, a resource for nutrition, paper, clothing, plastic, & overall health, deserve to be criminalized? We don’t think so either. Cannabis reform measures deserve our vote.
With Election Day less than two months away it’s clear that hemp and many cannabis products are set to be major campaign issues in states across the nation. Although there aren’t any hemp oil- or CBD-specific ballot measures, there are numerous hemp, cannabis, and cannabis-related products initiatives that will be on voting ballots in states across the country in the upcoming November primary elections.
To see if hemp and cannabis products initiatives will be on election ballots in your state visit bit.ly/2PAspf7, bit.ly/2s82mlk, or bit.ly/2fCq80g. These resources are not a complete list, so we do urge you to research hemp and cannabis initiatives that may be on voting ballots in your state if you do not find your state on these lists. We are asking our loyal Affiliates and customers to take the initiative on Election Day and vote for reform measures that will loosen and better clarify the legalities of hemp and hemp oil.
There are also many states still pushing for cannabis measures to be included on November Election Day ballots. If you live in a state where hemp oil is being debated for legality we strongly urge you to contact your local representative. For representative contact information in your region visit the Congress Lookup page under the Resource section on NationalHempAssociation.org.
PrimeMyBody Continues Shipping to OH, MT, & MO
Recently, we’ve received support emails from Affiliates regarding the legalities of hemp oil and/or CBD in states including Ohio, Montana, and Missouri.
After consulting with our legal counsel, PrimeMyBody will continue to ship product to residents in each of these states if they so wish. The legalities of hemp oil remain in a legislative gray area in numerous states, but in most cases certain government policy does not dictate law or legal enforcement.
We will continue to keep all our Affiliates and customers informed about the legislations and legalities that may effect business operations.
